Rates for "Casa meleto", year 2010

The house is rented only for whole weeks: rental weeks go from Saturday to Saturday. Check in from 16:00 to 19:00. Check out from 8:00 to 10:00.
Pets are not allowed. The dependance building near the house is inhabited by one owning family member. The use of the pool is exclusive for the guests. Pool is open from May to September, included.

Included: electricity, wood for fireplace and oven, linen changes before check-in and afterwards once every week. Free broadband internet access with wireless router.

Not included: phone (pay per use, TELECOM Italia rates), heating on wintertime (5 EUR per cubic meter, with counter), cleaning on check-out (100 EUR).

Breakage deposit : about 20% out of the total amount
